Excellence in Motion is a non-profit organization formed to serve at-risk and under resourced young black and diverse youth within
the Los Angeles County for the purpose of achieving excellence and perfection in the areas of S.E.L., technology, art, math, financial literacy and world languages through
Mentorship by professionals in the field.
The vision of Excellence in Motion is to serve as a catalyst in the development of future world ambassadors by providing tools that are internationally competitive with 21st Century mastery.

outreach of E.I.M. extend throughout the greater LA County and provide 21st Century skills and S.T.E.A.M. focus as we endeavor to educate through the whole person methodology.
Trenton P. Chipley III, a 1995 Morehouse College graduate, has dedicated his life to education, innovation, and mentorship. During his time at Morehouse, he served as a mentor to at-risk youth, contributed to the 1996 Atlanta Olympics as an architectural model designer, and developed a Styrofoam Compactor to reduce carbon footprints.
Trenton began his teaching career in 1996, specializing in Special Education, Math, and Art within Los Angeles schools. At Crenshaw High School’s New Media Academy, he introduced programs like Mind Journey, a behavior modification initiative for youth with clinical diagnoses, and E.Y.E. for Art, Inc., a student-led mural-making business promoting entrepreneurship.
In 2014, Trenton expanded his expertise as a certified personal trainer, masseur, and nutrition consultant, working with student-athletes, the elderly, and the disabled to achieve health and wellness goals. In 2017, he mentored Kappa League students, integrating fitness and life skills into their development.
As a STEM Fellow at USC’s Viterbi School of Engineering in 2018, Trenton collaborated on biomechanics projects using Python software. His multifaceted career bridges education, art, health, and STEM, driven by a passion for empowering others and fostering excellence.
